  1. Any time up to the booking deadline

    Book your event online

Pick your race from the events list, fill in your details and pay by card. You get a booking reference and a confirmation email straight away, and your place in the van is held from that moment.

    You

    • Choose the event
    • Pay securely by card
    • Add spare wheels if you need them

    Us

    • Confirm by email within minutes
    • Hold your place in the van
  2. Locks 4 weeks before the event

    Tell us about the bike

A short online form covers make, model, colour, weight, frame number, value and what's in your kit bag. It's the basis of your insurance and, for European races, it doubles as the customs declaration - so you never touch a customs form yourself.

    You

    • Fill in the bike details form
    • List what's in your kit bag

    Us

    • Set up the insurance cover
    • Handle any customs paperwork
  3. The week before the event

    We come to your door

Once the route is planned we message you on WhatsApp to agree a collection window, then again when we're on our way. We check the bike over together, note anything already on it, and load it - front wheel off, everything else exactly as you ride it.

    You

    • Have the bike clean and ready
    • Take off any accessories (computer, lights)
    • Hand over the kit bag

    Us

    • Agree a window that suits you
    • Check and photograph the bike with you
  4. In transit

    The journey

Bikes hang individually by the fork in a 3.5-tonne van fitted out for nothing else. Nothing is stacked, nothing touches, and the van is driven by the same person who collected from you. European events go by ferry with the paperwork already done.

    You

    • Nothing - relax and taper

    Us

    • Insured door to door
    • One driver, one van, start to finish
  5. Race weekend

    Collect at the venue

We hand your bike back at the event, assembled and ready, with time to spare before bike racking closes. We'll confirm the exact meeting point and time on WhatsApp once the organiser publishes the schedule.

    You

    • Meet us at the agreed spot
    • Rack your bike and race

    Us

    • Refit the front wheel
    • Check it over with you again
  6. The week after

    Back to your door

After the race, hand the bike back to us at the venue and we bring it home - same van, same care, same person. It's normally with you within the week, and you'll get a WhatsApp before we arrive.

    You

    • Hand the bike back after the race
    • Be in for the delivery window

    Us

    • Bring it back to your door
    • Return the kit bag with it

Before we arrive

Collection-day checklist

Five minutes the night before saves everyone time on the doorstep.

  • Bike clean and in working order
  • Bottles, computer, lights and bags removed
  • Bike details form submitted online
  • Kit bag packed with only what's declared
  • Spare wheels labelled, if you're sending them
  • Phone on - we'll WhatsApp when we're close
